Use soap, not sanitizer prior to candlelight vigil on 5 April: Indian Army

The Indian Army on Saturday advised against using alcohol-based sanitizers while observing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s call for candlelight vigil on Sunday at 9 pm. The Army asked everyone to use soap to wash hands prior to lighting.
